2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates on all printer orders:
- Free Express US Shipping: Free ground delivery on all orders totaling $99.00 USD or more.
- Standard US Ground Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 USD for orders under $99.00 USD.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard express ground shipments arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
Orders received Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed for fulfillment on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Package Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), a tracking notification email containing your tracking number and direct courier tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
5. Shipping Address Modifications
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact customer support at info@webshop.website within 2 hours of order placement. Once a shipment has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
6. Damaged in Transit or Missing Shipments
All hardware shipments are fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please inspect the box upon delivery and notify our team within 48 hours at info@webshop.website with photo documentation so we can initiate a carrier claim and dispatch a replacement unit.
